A discussion of the political views of the Beatles and John Lennon.

I personally think John Lennon was a brilliant political mind.

Discuss.

Well, I don't know too much about John Lennon, because I have a lot of other things more important to be researching during my spare time, but I'd say his opposition of the Vietnam War was appropriate, and I support that.

He supported and understood solidarity, so that's a plus.

He seems like a good general activist, but I wouldn't call him a brilliant political mind, per say. That's going a bit far.
